FireFly Tri is a youth triathlon team based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
We welcome athletes ages 9 through 18, from beginners to experienced. We teach, train, hone skills, laugh, work, and play.
We value grit, tenacity, endurance, speed, friendship, camaraderie, and a willingness to try.
We believe sports can be transformative.
We strive to provide an environment in which any child can find their own internal fire, ignite it, and fly.
FireFly Tri is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Triathlon is a unique sport, attracting kids with a spirit for adventure. It allows them to explore the outdoors in diverse ways, creating an environment for growth. The team works and plays hard. Athletes explore the edges of their capabilities -- and have fun along the way.
We believe a cornerstone of youth athletes’ mental and emotional health is movement. Move your body, change your thought. Give us an hour and our group’s collective motivation will have you feeling good.

We believe we are better together. Youth athletes thrive when they feel supported. We aim for coaches to support athletes and athletes to support each other. We emphasize values of respect, cooperation, connection, and friendship. We believe the more energy you give, the more you receive in return. Above all, we support our athletes’ goals — as defined by them individually.
